Fund Managers Uncovered, part four

December 05, 2013
2 comments

The last of four videos exploring research into fund managers by an eminent professor of finance and an expert in psychoanalysis. As a result of their studies, Richard Taffler and David Tuckett are convinced that the whole industry is in need of reform. Whilst they believe active fund management does have a role, we need to assess what active fund managers are for and what we can, realistically, expect them to achieve. Crucially, both believe there should be more emphasis placed on long-term performance.
